Babysitter wanted for childcare in Erin

We're a young family looking for some help with our adorable little 4 month old boy as I (Momma) go back to work part time starting this Fall. (Baby will be 6 months by then!) I work from home but I need an extra set of hands to help with the baby during my meetings and focused work time. Outside of that, I'll be around to intermittently breastfeed. He's is such a sweet baby, bright eyed and alert. He spends most of his days giggling at mom and dad, practicing his tummy time and chewing on his lil hands. Ideally, we'd love someone that can support us with a consistent part time schedule and is available to grow their hours with us as I gradually transiton into full time work hours later this Winter. Some priorities for us: - Non-smoker - No swearing/offensive language - Relies on minimal screen time to entertain - This is a loving Christian home. We'd love to work with a fellow believer or at least someone who's comfortable reading Christian story books/playing Christian shows.
