Babysitter wanted for childcare in North Vancouver

Hello, My husband and I are looking for a short term full time nanny to help our family when our baby girl arrives which is expected around August 20th. We have a delightful 2 year, 9 month old son. He will be in full time daycare in August. In September we plan on keeping him home to reduce exposure to illness for our newborn. Our son ages out of his current daycare on his 3rd birthday at the beginning of October. He has a new daycare available at the start of September so we may want some help with his gradual entry there late in September- perhaps just bringing him there for short periods to play with the other children outside a couple times per week. We really care about our sons growth and development. We spend lots of time outdoors together. He is mostly screen free. We actually stop turning on the TV when he was 6 months old so he doesn't even know what our TV does.
