Job Description

Duties: Coordinate and assist with administrative functions, including logistics Provide general administrative support to the team, including: Maintenance of spreadsheets Other administrative systems and support Liaise with debtors and creditors, including: Sales orders Invoicing Credit notes Screening and directing phone calls Filing Diary management and setting up for meetings Reordering office and kitchen supplies Requirements: Grade 12 Must have excellent administrative skills Must have at least 6 years experience in administration and office management Experience in an import/export environment is a big plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) Excellent attention to detail Must be computer literate and highly proficient in MS Office Must have a valid drivers license, and own transport Contactable references
