Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 required Hospitality training a bonus English and Afrikaans speaking essential Previous experience in guest-facing roles (13 years preferred) Friendly, professional communication skills Comfortable with admin tasks and guest bookings Familiar with reservation and POS systems Proficient in email, Word, and Excel Well-presented and welcoming demeanor Able to handle guest queries and resolve issues calmly Flexible to work weekends and public holidays Interest in wildlife, eco-tourism, or conservation is a bonus This is a live-in position
