Creditors Clerk

Key Performance Area: Processing of creditors invoices and provisional creditors including matching of invoices, delivery notes and orders. Liaising with creditors and buying department in resolving queries. Preparation of monthly creditors reconciliations and payments. Creditors profile maintenance on the accounting & banking system. Capturing of creditors BEE certificates on the accounting system. Maintenance of an electronic database of all creditors invoices & BEE certificates Contribute to the development of processes and procedures of the company. Grade 12 or equivalent plus NQF Level 6 qualification in Accounting. Minimum of 5 years experience in the position of a creditors clerk. Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Must have own transport. Must have good communication and interpersonal relations skills. Must be of sober habits, sound integrity, honesty and be able to work overtime when required.
