This role is integral to our operations, ensuring our systems and strategies are functioning optimally. The successful candidate will be reactive, well-versed in Python, and have experience in growing existing Python frameworks. Expertise in building and managing Airflow DAGs is crucial. Familiarity with Order Routing, Market Data, and various venue protocols is necessary. Responsibilities : Working with both Regional and Global support teams, ensuring efficient handling of issues, and providing timely solutions. Enhancing our existing Python script framework, driving its growth and contributing to the codebase. Providing support for high frequency trading systems, with an emphasis on market data and order routing. Leading latency analyses and performance investigations in order to improve the quality of trading systems. Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Scheduling tools (Airflow DAGs) in line with business requirements. Requirements : At least 5 years of experience in a technology or support function, preferably in the crypto or finance industry. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Scheduling tools like Airflow DAGs. In-depth understanding of HFT systems, Order Passing, and Market Data. Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure (a plus). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with teammates in remote locations. Willingness to provide after-hours (including weekend and public holiday) support when necessary.
