The Project Manager, AEM Professional Services is a highly motivated and experienced manager responsible for the delivery of implementation and related services in Asia and Emerging Markets (AEM). AEM comprises Australia-New Zealand, Asia, Middle East and Africa. This is a multi-faceted, client-facing role that requires expertise of product implementations for clients, along with strong people management capabilities with a geographically dispersed matrix team. The Project Manager Is responsible for implementing and delivering Thomson Reuters products across Tax, Legal and Trade domains. The role requires the person to work closely with other project team members, peer project managers and partner consulting teams. The person will provide governance on projects to external clients, manage and lead projects to successful outcomes for clients and Thomson Reuters, and be the partner to clients to help them adopt technological change. About the Role In this opportunity as Project Manager, AEM Professional Services, Asia , you will: Owns the delivery of project implementations for customers across Corporates and Legal Firms Drives the successful delivery of global projects pertaining to the implementation of Thomson Reuters products. Establishes strong project governance practices, leading clients to implement, adopt and retain Thomson Reuters products. Can scope out a small/mid/large projects based on business requirements and achievable benefits. Can create Statement-of-Work and workplans. Can direct and guide the customer and teams to on-time and on-budget completion for both time and material and fixed fee projects. Manages portfolio level profitability to achieve financials KPIs. Engages with CFO, CIO, Function Heads, General Counsels, business teams and IT departments, leading conversations and guiding decisions. Provides Leadership to a matrix team About You You’re a fit for the role of Project Manager, AEM Professional Services, Asia if your background includes: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Law or Technology is preferred, along with Project Management experience or certification. Strong experience in project management, legal advisory, professional services or consulting experience in a client-facing organization. Strong experience in implementing or managing technology-enabled transformations or process changes. Experience in adopting or implementing technology with a good understanding of how technology can bring efficiencies and key challenges involved Deep experience in enterprise scale software implementation with product companies Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues. Must have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that require quick decision for mitigation. Must have experience of managing a team, geographically dispersed if possible LI-TL1 What’s in it For You?
