Job Description Responsibilities Assist in developing new or refreshing existing Design Guidelines. Review design proposals, explore improvements with innovative ideas and practical solutions during tenant engagement for timely store openings. Communicate effectively and collaborate with the Centre Management team and leasing colleagues to conclude requirements and engage tenants. Support property feasibility studies and participate in property design enhancement works. Keep updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and design to share insights with teammates and tenants. Manage data related to property architectural drawings. Represent Tenancy Design Management in property new build or AEI projects. Support CMO team with design briefs and reviews; coordinate with cross-departments on environment design and site progress. Maintain communication with external stakeholders such as consultants and contractors regarding authority submissions, drawings, and project provisions. Foster strong relationships with tenants and their designers/contractors to ensure smooth communication on design progress and fit-out matters. Provide regular updates on tenant design submission timelines and scheduled openings. Contribute as a team player to successfully open malls or AEI projects with multiple store openings. Requirements We are seeking a team player with the following traits: Degree or Diploma in architecture, interior design, or related fields. 5-8 years of experience in retail interior design and fit-out; experience in retail complex development is advantageous.
