HR & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview We're looking for a dynamic and resourceful HR / Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! This unique dual-role offers you the opportunity to be hands on in full spectrum HR functions while also tapping into your creativity and content skills to manage our digital presence. Human Resource Full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding - excluding payroll Operate AGHRM system - Attendance & leave administration Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations Coordinate staff welfare, training programs, and company events Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations Digital Marketing Create engaging content using Canva, Lightroom, Capcut, for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) Write blog articles to boost SEO and website engagement Design basic visuals and coordinate with vendors for marketing collaterals Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms Location: Blk 6 Marsiling Industrial Estate Road 1, 01-14, Singapore 739275 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM (1hr lunch) Requirements Familiarity with AGHRM or similar HRMS platform is a plus Creative eye for content and visual aesthetics Able to work independently No experience welcome!
