Responsibilities: As an Operations Engineer, you will support Manufacturing Operations Teams (Buffer and Material Preparation Operations) to meet operational objectives. Your support includes deviation investigations, process and equipment troubleshooting, CAPA management, change management, QMS gap analysis, and risk assessments. You will lead continuous improvement projects and process optimization. You will also manage, schedule, coordinate, and execute qualification or validation activities to ensure timely completion of validation plans, supporting maintenance of process equipment and systems at GSK Tuas in a validated state.
