E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

E-commerce Management Manage and update product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada). Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock levels, and product images. Monitor order fulfillment and liaise with logistics/operations team. Improve UI/UX and maintain the website for optimal customer experience. Track sales performance and generate e-commerce reports. Digital Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Create and manage social media content calendars. Manage EDMs (email marketing) and push notifications. Drive SEO/SEM strategy and performance. Collaborate with design team on visuals and creative assets. Brand Awareness & Growth Analyze web traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates. Coordinate influencer marketing and partnerships to increase reach. Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements. Contribute to campaign and promotion planning. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools. Strong written and visual content sense. Data-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop). Experience with TikTok Ads or influencer outreach. Passion for fashion/lifestyle branding.
