The DASH Audit Supervising Senior plays a key role in supporting the implementation of technology-driven audit solutions within the KDN audit practice in Mexico. This role focuses on the execution of technology-based audit procedures, data analysis, and contributing to the overall success of audit engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with Audit Assistant Managers and other team members, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analytics, auditing standards (GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB), and KPMG's technology ecosystem. The role involves supporting the technology strategy for a subset of the engagement teams managed by the Audit Assistant Manager. Requirements: - Minimum three years of financial statement audit experience in public accounting. - Minimum one year experience supervising a team. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. - Proficient/fluent English language skills. - Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Applied working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards. - Willingness and ability to travel as required. - Accounting degree with audit experience. - Advanced degree in data and analytics (preferred). - Experience with data acquisition and ETL processes (preferred).
