Marketing Associate

FP Alpha, a leading disruptive WealthTech firm, is seeking a Marketing Associate to execute FP Alpha’s Marketing strategy and plan. We’re looking for someone who has a keen interest in growing their career in FinTech. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for lead generation, analyzing results, driving outcomes, and has a desire to work in a start-up environment. Responsibilities: Execute the firm’s digital lead-gen marketing plan with a focus on FP Alpha’s target customer demographic. Perform email marketing activities including email campaign design, set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and dynamic content-driven campaigns. Perform A/B testing to identify and implement enhancements that improve conversion rates, campaign ROI, and user growth. Help maintain a unified brand voice across different communication channels, including social media and email marketing. Manage social media content, campaigns, and performance analysis. Create all event collateral, presentations, and talk tracks for both in-person and virtual events. Manage the promotion plan, presentations, talk tracks, and logistics (including set up in GoTo Webinar) for all webinars. Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree in Marketing preferred. Experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in Financial Service. Experience in email and social media marketing. Deep working knowledge of campaign setup and execution in Hubspot and Mailchimp. Track record of developing growth strategies with tangible business success. Previous experience in developing content i.e., newsletters, websites, articles, and graphics. Excellent verbal and presentation skills and highly detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests within deadlines. Ability to be a self-starter and work well within a team. Personable and possess the ability to communicate with all members of staff and clients. Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment. High proficiency in HubSpot, MailChimp, Adobe, InDesign, and PowerPoint. Experience in webinars, video editing, and design.
