POSITION OBJECTIVE: Execute the development, scaling-up, and implementation of products and processes on production lines, from the project definition phase (brief) to production line start-up and product performance in the market. Develop new product projects that are competitive in terms of quality, functionality, and cost, both for in-house manufacturing and co-manufacturing. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: B.Sc. in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering. Over 5 years of experience in Research and Development of dairy products, vegetable emulsions, and UHT. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations on safety, hygiene, health, food safety, safety, ergonomics, etc. standards (GMPs, HACCP and SQF) in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in developing new products from project definition to prototype creation, process design for scaling up, production line testing, and product start-up. Includes shelf-life evaluation with QA, documenting experiments in electronic notebooks, managing intellectual property, and conducting performance studies against competitors to identify competitive advantages. Advanced level English. Availability to travel as required. Easy access to the work center located in Cuajimalpa, CDMX. Availability of schedule.
