Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Visure Solutions. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for following up and generating qualified leads based and business development. The candidate can be from any part of the world since this position is full-time remote. Role: Sales Development Role (LDR) Salary: (Depends on Experience) $600 Base Salary Commission per leads generated Personal Time Off (PTO) per Calendar Year: 10 Days of paid PTO US Holidays that the company complies with. Anything more than 10 days are counted as unpaid PTO. Performance Objectives: Generate 25 average Qualified Leads per month from the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Criteria of a Qualified Lead A qualified lead is considered a lead who requests pricing of our tool, trial, or demo. This lead will be redirected to the Account Executive assigned to the region. Responsibilities Warm Leads Nurturing: The main responsibility of this role is to follow up and nurture all leads generated from marketing activities that aren’t opportunities yet. Webinar Process: Manage and scrap registrants information. Follow up with Registrants to provide webinar recordings, qualify them and set up Trial or Demos For the Sales Agent. Member Portal: Follow up with our Member Portal users to qualify them and set up Trial or Demos For the Sales Agent. Inbound Marketing Leads: Manage automated followup campaigns coming from marketing inbound leads. Follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads to qualify them and set up Trial or Demos For the Sales Agent. Lost Sales Qualified Leads Reactivation: Follow up with lost sales opportunities to reactivate the opportunity. Secondary Responsibilities Create Scrapping Databases: Create and manage scrapping databases. Update and optimize scraping criteria based on lead results. LinkedIn Scraping Databases: Update Monthly or every 45 days the active leads scrapped for LinkedIn Campaigns. Email Scraping Databases: Verify emails scrapped for email campaign setup. Create & Manage Outbound Campaigns: Update daily campaigns status LinkedIn Campaigns: Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns within our outreach tool, and update leads within those campaigns. Email Campaigns: Create and manage Email outreach campaigns within Apollo, and update leads within those campaigns consistently based on objectives. Partner Campaigns: Scrap potential partners information, reaching out to them either through their website contact form or creating and updating them within our database and outreach campaigns. Cold Leads Nurturing: Optimize our cold leads nurturing process and flow, manage follow ups and conversations with cold outreach leads, providing them with the appropriate and relevant information to nurture them within our funnel with the objective to convert them to a qualified lead. LinkedIn Social Selling: Use our LinkedIn social media personal accounts to republish content in the account and engage with its network connections. Learning Objectives Learn the Requirements and Systems Engineering industry inside-out. Learn Visure’s toolsuite from the inside-out by watching demos in the video portal and attending other live demos. Learn our customer and industry pain points from the inside-out. Learn how to qualify leads to setup trials or demos and create opportunities for the Sales Team. Commission Plan The commission payment will be paid quarterly, and can allow you to rollover leads from month 1 or 2 to month 3. This will be explained in the application process Role Requirements Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with remote teams and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Previous experience in B2B tech startups is a plus. Qualifications Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication abilities Sales and Business Development experience Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of safety-critical and business-critical industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
