Sr. Marketing Manager - Mexico

Responsibilities 1. undertake the headquarter's objectives and planning, plan the brand positioning and communication strategy of Xpeng Motors in Mexico; 2. Develop annual brand plan and utilize resources to achieve goals, including but not limited to brand awareness enhancement, brand goodwill enhancement, campaign placement, fan acquisition, customer club establishment and management; 3. the experience and ability to build a brand from 0-1, covering ATL, BTL, content production, media buy and dealer promotion, third party cooperation and control; 4. effectively manage and control budgets to maximize resource utilization; 5. interfacing with media organizations, leading media development and execution across all communication channels, monitoring releases and results; 6. leading the setup of social media platforms and official websites, developing strategies and creating content, monitoring results; 7. brand/product launch event planning and action plan; 8. responsible for collecting and analyzing market information and competitors, summarizing delivery; 9. responsible for brand and product surveys and provide summary reports. 10. Maintain media relations and plan media activities, including but not limited to daily communication and event invitation; Requirements 1 .8 years of experience in automotive marketing, branding, PR, successful brand building and management experience; 2. rich local media, KOL, KOC resources and relationships; 3. Professional English communication skills; excellent communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills; relationship building and maintenance skills; and the ability to build and maintain relationships; 4. Accept short-term business trips to China or other markets; 5. Certain relationship or resources of government and association.
