About PITZ PITZ is a vertical AI platform for auto repair shops. We act as their CFO, CRO, CMO, and CTO—running diagnostics, automating procurement, reengaging customers, and managing day-to-day operations. About the Role We’re looking for a university graduate with up to 2 years of full-time work experience who knows how to connect with people—especially mechanics and shop owners—and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This is not a polished-office role. It’s hands-on, high-tempo, and built around doing what it takes to grow. You’ll be speaking directly with workshops, helping them understand the product, and activating them fast. This is also a role for someone who wants to automate themselves out of manual work. From day one, you’ll be expected to use tools and AI to increase your efficiency—and eventually build processes that don’t need you anymore. What You’ll Do Call and message auto repair shops every day to introduce PITZ Lead short demos and explain our value clearly and directly Convert conversations into activations, and activations into revenue Build strong relationships with mechanics and shop owners Bring feedback and insight back to product and operations Use automation tools and AI workflows to scale outreach and onboarding Help design and improve internal processes so things work without bottlenecks What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required Up to 2 years of full-time work experience Strong communication skills—you can hold a conversation, not just follow a script Comfortable talking to mechanics and small business owners Self-directed and resourceful—you figure things out Curiosity or experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automations, Zapier, etc.) Willing to learn fast and automate anything repetitive Experience in sales, support, or operations is a plus Extra credit if you’ve worked in startups or helped run a business You Might Be a Fit If  You believe sales can and should be automated You’re excited about using AI to increase your impact You can earn trust in minutes, follow up with persistence, and close with clarity You’d rather build a process than repeat a task You don’t wait—you act You want to be part of something big, early Why Now We’re redefining how one of the most ignored industries operates, starting with AI, voice, and execution from the ground up.
