About the Role We are looking for a strategic and dynamic individual to drive our commercial and marketing initiatives. This role blends business development with brand positioning to identify growth opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and design impactful marketing campaigns. We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience in consultative sales , particularly in B2B environments, services, technology, or software solutions . The ideal candidate understands how to tailor value propositions to client needs, manage long sales cycles, and build trust-based relationships. Success in this position is measured by the ability to attract new clients, strengthen market presence, and deliver measurable business results. This position plays a key role in aligning our offerings with market needs and directly contributes to the company’s growth strategy. Responsibilities Design and implement results-driven commercial strategies. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze commercial and marketing performance metrics. Coordinate promotional activities, events, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Propose creative ideas to position products or services across various channels. Conduct consultative sales processes tailored to client needs, especially in service and technology sectors. Represent the company in both local and international commercial opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, consultative sales, or marketing roles. Experience in B2B environments and/or in selling services, technology, or software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Conversational fluency in English (mandatory). Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM, social media, paid ads, email marketing, etc.). Results-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and customer focus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred: experience in both B2B and B2C strategy development.
