About the position We are looking for a visual designer in the early stages of their professional career, with a solid foundation in graphic design and a strong motivation to develop user-centered solutions . This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who wish to join a multidisciplinary team , learn through collaborative methodologies , and gain hands-on experience in real-world digital design environments. Location Mexico City – Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote for most of the project, with availability to work on-site 5 days a week at the Polanco office when required, depending on specific project needs.) Qualifications: 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Design, or related fields. Good understanding of fundamental visual design principles: balance, contrast, hierarchy, and alignment. Academic or personal portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and a functional design approach. Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ability to select and combine typefaces that enhance readability and maintain visual consistency across interfaces. Sensitivity in using color as a tool to support visual communication and user experience. General understanding of how visual elements—such as iconography, buttons, and layouts—influence user interaction. Interest in responsive design and in adapting interfaces across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Basic knowledge of digital accessibility principles (contrast, readability, inclusive navigation). Willingness to learn about design systems and contribute to their implementation under guidance. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and openly within multidisciplinary teams.
