Job Description Overview: As Marketplace Coordinator you will be in charge of defining and executing the marketplace strategy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities: • Preparing product pages on marketplace platforms. • Overseeing daily operations (Sales, returns, etc) • Follow up customer complaints, claims and issues • Provide feedback to customers for product related questions • Cowork with product managers for lineup definition, pricing, promotions and inventory allocation • Cowork with sales team to align retailer strategy in both online and offline channels to avoid product conflicts • Cowork with marketing team to set strategies and campaigns to push sales • Assist in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, drive growth and improve overall marketplace business. Qualifications and background • Bachelor’s degree in business, admin, marketing or related • 1-3 years of experience in online sales or relevant internship experience. Knowledge of the electronics industry is desirable. • Previous experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Mirakl, Mercado Libre is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present business results and insights to upper management. • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
