Providing support during critical situations and incident management, effectively supporting troubleshooting. Collaborating across multiple teams and leading technical conversations (with clients as well). Who You Are Key skills Minimum 1 year of experience Must have expertise and experience installing and/or updating Red Hat’s OpenShift Container Platform Experience architecting and installing platforms, supporting them from the ground up; Kubernetes background, 2 years Strong OpenShift experience; a solid background with Kubernetes is a major plus OpenShift is essentially Kubernetes under the hood; familiarity with similar platforms like AKS, GKE is beneficial GitOps experience Automation & scripting skills (Java, C++, Bash, Python, Go, YAML) Familiarity with RedHat technologies, including Ansible and RH Application Runtimes DevOps experience Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions Desired Certifications: Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator or Kubernetes Certified Administrator Setup, extension, and modification of OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters Incident management for Elastic and Kafka components Capacity and performance management of clusters Incident resolution and troubleshooting in collaboration with customer teams Problem and change management Management of platform components and network configurations Installation, configuration, and support of monitoring and logging tools 24x7 support for critical incidents Patch management and updates Performance reporting and backup procedures Real-time monitoring and communication management Management of user IDs, profiles, keys, and certificates Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Attention to detail and proactive approach Additional Notes: English fluent KYNHIRINGKIIS Being You Diversity is more than appearances or origins; it's about how we think and who we are.
