We support skill development, knowledge expansion, and pride in work. Job purpose Support the implementation of key HR activities and processes in Sales & Marketing South Region. Key responsibilities Attraction and Employer Branding Proactively generate ideas and implement activities to enhance employer branding, leveraging social networks like LinkedIn and Instagram, in collaboration with PR & Communications. Support execution of ad hoc certification projects. Assist in reporting and document preparation aligned with ISO standards and Quality Manual during audits. Monitor and improve onboarding processes to increase effectiveness and employee experience. Performance Management Support delivery of performance management processes to empower employees and align with company strategy. Talent Management Assist HR Business Partner in implementing talent initiatives, following up on action plans, and ensuring smooth execution. Training & Development Help develop effective learning programs, analyze training needs, manage training schedules, and maintain data in the Learning Management System (LMS). Monitor training outcomes with KPIs and communicate results. Digitalization and Data Analytics Contribute to digital HR process improvements and data upskilling projects, supporting analytics reporting and KPI tracking. DEI, CSR, and HR Projects Support diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives, and local CSR projects, contributing ideas, activities, and communication strategies. Required capabilities University Degree in HR, Organization/Management, Economy, Law, or Psychology Knowledge of learning, development, and talent management tools and processes Proficiency with IT and digital tools Strong analytical skills Teamwork and collaboration spirit Alignment with Bridgestone values and E8 Commitment Fluent in Italian and English Preferred experience Internship or short experience in HR within a multinational Study or work abroad experience (e.g., Erasmus) J-18808-Ljbffr
