Your Role Use English when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support. Handle customer complaints by proposing appropriate solutions within the given deadlines. Work with other experts to resolve open cases. Maintain and update internal systems. Specific tasks will be discussed depending on the position selected. Level C2 in Italian and intermediate in English (B2) - Mandatory. High school diploma - Mandatory. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable. Resourceful and stress-resistant personality, able to adapt and remain calm in all situations. Passport / Identity card from a European country or resident card in Greece. Gross salary between €1,000 and €1,200 per month (2 additional salaries per year).
