Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products Job Description As part of our SOP (Sales Order Processing) team, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Procurement Specialist who will play a key role in managing supplier relations and ensuring a smooth, efficient and reliable supply of materials. The position involves both operational and analytical responsibilities, with the goal of building long-term, win-win relationships with suppliers and continuously improving supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze supplier portfolio, capacities and performance Create and manage purchase orders; follow up on confirmations Expedite and monitor on-time delivery; manage supplier interactions Evaluate material and information flows across the value chain Design and optimize inbound material flows from external suppliers Support the design of a component supermarket and internal logistics flows Contribute to the implementation of production and transportation Kanban loops Collaborate with production, planning, logistics and quality departments Qualifications Education : Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields Experience : We are looking for motivated recent graduates or young professionals with up to 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
