Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager

Aptar is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager based in Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and monitoring global Pricing & Commercial excellence practices aligned with our business strategy. The role involves supporting initiatives that enhance customer centricity and profitable growth. The candidate will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to implement best practices across regions and segments. Responsibilities include: Leading efforts in pricing and margin management Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimization Developing KPIs, monitoring tools, and providing strategic insights Enhancing our global CRM system (SAP Cloud 4 Customer) Supporting Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives Managing data accuracy within SAP and other systems Administering Contract Management systems Leading pricing and margin projects Improving analysis and reporting tools Promoting pricing transparency across regions Collaborating with IS teams to improve internal systems Developing training and leading deployment of new tools Qualifications: Masters/MBA preferred 5-7 years in Pricing, Marketing, or Sales roles Experience with PowerBI and CRM systems Proven success in global programs and change management Leadership skills and team collaboration Ability to analyze large datasets Experience in multi-country, matrix environments Knowledge of agile methodologies Manufacturing industry experience preferred Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Power BI Fluent in English; additional languages a plus Excellent communication skills Customer-oriented and strategic thinking About Aptar: We develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally, with facilities worldwide and over 13,000 employees.
