To meet the challenges of the future, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Partnering with hiring managers to define search strategies for various roles and levels of seniority * Creating and publishing attractive, professional job postings * Managing recruitment and employer branding campaigns (events, offline advertisements, social media), in close alignment with Talent Attraction * Filling senior-level management and expert positions while executing the global recruiting process via SuccessFactors and training all involved parties * Participating in internal events, job fairs, and university career days, while tracking and reporting Recruiting and HR KPIs YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment * Excellent English and German skills; additional languages are an advantage * Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders * Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills, paired with structured thinking and efficient self-organization * International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change WHAT WE OFFER * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy (at the Vienna site: Edenred card) * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment.
