Job Description
In the broadest terms; IT is a service organization and whether it be internal or external clients; each and every contact reflects on how the team is perceived in expeditiously addressing the issues and resolving concerns. With separation of duties; much of the tasks cannot be completed without the interaction / assistance with other team; for which this individual will work as a catalyst to drive the issue / project at hand to completion.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should be technically proficient with computer technology and possess strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Along with being mentored during your tenure with organization, some of the daily duties will include but not limited to; Help Desk call resolution, providing front line support and training in the effective employee use of assigned technology equipment, asset tracking, test and recondition equipment for re-deployment, project management, data center monitoring, cable and network patch management, and general duties as they are assigned.
