Conduct intake health assessments, chronic disease management, and follow-up visits. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute and chronic conditions within NP scope of practice. Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with Washington State scope-of-practice regulations and clinical guidelines. Respond to medical emergencies and provide stabilization. Collaborate with physicians, PAs, nurses, mental health staff, and correctional personnel. Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Support infection control, detox monitoring, and discharge planning processes.
