Occupational Therapist School Setting in Los Angeles, CA

Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years occupational therapy experience required. A school-based Occupational Therapist position is available with assignments across three locations within the Los Angeles area: AV/Lancaster, Redlands, and Santa Clarita. This contract role extends through May 30, 2025, offering approximately 30 hours per week with flexible daily start and end times within a professional timeframe. The role is designed to provide a balance of in-person and remote work with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. Key Responsibilities: Manage caseload and schedule direct OT services for students from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade. Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student planning. plete and maintain documentation in SEIS, including service trackers and case notes. Conduct assessments and participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)/Triangular Response to Instruction (TRI) as needed. Provide consultative support as determined by caseload needs. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience. fortable managing varying caseload sizes aligned with hourly mitments. Skilled in assistive technology and augmentative and alternative munication (AT/AAC) will be highly regarded. Able to work within a hybrid model effectively. Clinical Fellows or assistants (SLPAs) are not being considered for this position at this time.
