Marketing Manager

Bee Inspired are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will work within our marketing team to drive success by working both creatively and analytically to grow our online presence and direct to consumer interaction. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, influencer, and content. The position is based in Scotland and will require regular office interaction. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns on email, social, influencer and in-store activations from concept through to analysis. Manage and mentor junior marketers, content creators, and freelancers. Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure brand consistency. Work with the creative and content teams to produce compelling assets, seasonal content calendars, and product launches. Identify and leverage new marketing opportunities Use data to evaluate performance, generate insights, and optimise strategies (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc) Stay on top of fashion, culture, and youth trends to ensure Bee Inspired remains relevant and aspirational. Manage marketing budgets efficiently and provide ROI analysis on major initiatives. Required Experience & Skills 4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in fashion ecommerce Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.) Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate strategies Ability to interpret performance data and drive insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual and brand aesthetics Strong organisational and project management skills Preferred Attributes Passion for streetwear, sport, and fashion Experience in managing photo/video shoots and creative production Knowledge of international marketing and cross-border eCommerce Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive team player Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desirable) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Staff discount and monthly clothing allowance Hybrid working policy A fun, collaborative, and creative team environment Opportunities for professional growth in a high-growth brand If this is a role that matches your skillset we want to hear from you.
