Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients across the South of England, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships, growing account value, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a home-based, field-focused role offering variety, autonomy, and room to grow. Promote a wide range of chemical solutions to existing and prospective customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive regional growth. Respond promptly to technical enquiries, sample requests, and pricing questions. Plan and conduct customer visits, complete visit reports, and maintain CRM records. Hit or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Must have: Strong organisational and communication skills. Confidence and motivation to work independently in a field-based role. Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering customer value. A full UK driving licence. Nice to have: Previous experience in technical sales, account management, or field-based roles. Experience in the chemical sector. Knowledge of regulated or technical manufacturing industries.
