CRM Sales Administrator (Maternity cover)

Role Overview: This role is a Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave This position will primarily support our Sales team by managing and executing tasks within our CRM system, Salesforce. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the accuracy and completeness of critical sales data while working collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated CRM (Salesforce) support to the Sales team. Enter and manage new orders and renewal contracts within Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity across the system. Collaborate with the Commercial team to confirm the accuracy and completeness of sales-related data. Liaise with external clients to gather all relevant information required for processing orders and contracts. About You: A recent graduate or an individual with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a corporate environment. Fluent in Italian and good command of English, with strong communication skills. Highly attentive to detail and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
