The objective is to bridge the industry-academia gap by offering job-oriented training programs to prepare students for real-time industry challenges. Trainers will play a vital role in delivering interactive, impactful sessions directly at college campuses. This is a skill-for-jobs model designed to provide practical knowledge through live case studies, real-world examples, and hands-on learning. ✅ Bonus: As a part of this initiative, travel allowances will be provided to the trainers for visiting college campuses. BFSI Domain Trainers Deliver training on core BFSI topics like Banking, Finance, and Insurance. Create experiential learning with real-world cases. Required: Background in Finance, Banking, or Insurance. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills. Knowledge of financial operations, regulatory frameworks, and BFSI products. 2. Technical Trainers Conduct training on: Power BI, Tableau, MS Office Agile, SDLC Collaborative Tools AI & ML, Blockchain Basics of Cloud, DevOps Required: Experience in relevant technologies. Ability to teach students from beginner to intermediate level. Good command over delivery and student engagement. 3. Behavioral Trainers Focus on soft skills for transition from academics to the corporate world: Campus to Corporate Cultural Sensitivity Communication & Business Writing Time Management & Goal Setting Team Building & Collaboration Assertiveness & Interpersonal Skills Virtual Etiquette and Presentation Skills Required: Strong communication and facilitation skills. Passion for mentoring students. Experience in soft skills or behavioral training is a plus.
