Brand Manager

As a brand manager for Germany and Austria, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing EU, internal global teams as well as local external partners to launch brand and PR content that roots Back Market in the local culture and feels relevant to our local audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help grow the brand and our business in Germany and Austria by adapting and amplifying global brand campaigns and strategies, as well as launching dedicated brand activations. You will be a pivotal point of contact between our global teams and our local creative partners, with a strong focus on social presence. Primary Responsibilities Execute global ideas while searching for local relevance and amplification opportunities. Lead locals specific campaigns on the PR, social, and advertising front. Lead social media organic content in DE in liaison with our social media agency. Lead the adaptation of all local assets from the above touchpoints. Lead social media paid assets development for DE and AT Co-lead PR agency Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns on all our touchpoints, from advertising campaigns (OOH, online videos, social ads…) to our own web and app (CRM, website banners, content), as well as our social presence (organic and influence) Ensure brand consistency on all touchpoints. Report success and use data to better inform our communication plan. Help benchmark competitors Expected skills: 5 years working within the communication/brand department or in advertising agencies. Communication and brand management, production and implementation of off and online ad campaigns. Native German - fluent in English.
