Manager, Finance (9 months contract)

Responsible for monthly management, financial reporting and financial analysis. Preparation of annual financial statements. Provide analytical support and identifying potential issues that impact the financials. Work with tax consultant for annual tax filing, tax queries and tax compliance. Preparation of financial transaction which may includes processing payments. Assist in external audits by preparing required documentation. Assist with administration or ad-hoc assignment. Key Qualifications At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance/Accountancy At least 5 years of working experience in the accounting and finance function Experience with SAP will be an added advantage Relevant experience in REITs would be an added advantage Keen learner with positive attitude Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules J-18808-Ljbffr
