Imagine your job: As a Junior Test Manager , you will be part of Plenitude Societa Benefit , in particular in the Solution & Quality Assurance team . You will be part of a structured and multidisciplinary group that acts as a single point of reference for the testing and quality of company solutions. The team operates as a center of expertise, supporting the business in designing solutions and defining the test strategy, ensuring quality, time to market and cost sustainability thanks also to process automation. You will work in a dynamic and innovative context, which adopts methodologies such as Agile, DevOps and Waterfall, collaborating daily with the various company units and project stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential to enable the success of end-to-end software releases, supporting the coordination of testing and release activities, monitoring SLAs and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service. Main activities: Analysis and understanding of functional and technical requirements to ensure consistency between business specifications and the implemented solution; Provide support in designing and drafting test scenarios starting from requirements, using standard techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis and state transition testing; Collaborate in the execution of system and integration tests (SIT), with particular attention to the identification of defects and the verification of interactions between system modules; Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting end users in validating the solution against initial requirements; Test automation, with particular focus on the design and knowledge of automated test suites for repetitive tasks (end-to-end or regression testing); Support in monitoring and managing defects identified during the testing phases, using defect management tools (e.g. Jira, ALM, Azure Devops), and ensuring their resolution in collaboration with the development teams; Collaborate with other Q&A team resources to ensure optimal test coverage and continuously improve testing processes; Provide support in the production of test documentation, such as test plans, test reports and quality metrics, according to ISTQB standards and company best practices; Support colleagues in assessing project risks, highlighting critical areas and planning targeted testing strategies to mitigate them. Required features: Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or other STEM fields; Maximum 3 years experience; Availability to travel in Italy and abroad; Good knowledge of the English language. The profile is completed by: Knowledge of testing techniques and test levels (unit, integration, system, acceptance). ISTQB certifications, preferably ISTQB Foundation Level or Agile Tester, with familiarity with TPI-Next, TPI Agile or TMMi concepts. Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g. HP ALM, ValuEdge, DevOps or similar) and automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Appium). Knowledge, even minimal, of software development is appreciated, in particular basic programming in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript or SQL, to facilitate test automation and understanding of application logic.
