Job 1: Project Material Coordinator (PMC) The PMC will define material lists for specific projects or customers, supporting systems that meet bid and contract requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Become an expert in Navigation Air Systems (NAS), understanding technical compatibilities across Thales products. Develop understanding of materialization related to specific sites. Support Project Engineers and Bids Managers in bid preparations. Assist project teams in planning post-contract activities. Proficiency with the Company’s Product Data Management (PDM) system and understanding of Engineering Change Requests (ECR). Proficiency with the Company’s ERP system for logistics, procurement, and stock management. Serve as the main interface for Customer Bill Of Material (BOM) aspects, liaising with customers and suppliers. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Fluent in Italian (preferable) and English (minimum B1, preferable B2). Basic knowledge of Thales IT ecosystem (PDM & ERP) and related processes. Good understanding of technical drawings. Problem-solving mindset. Teamwork and responsible initiative. Nice-to-have: Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred), CAD experience, prior IS/IT experience, over three years in industry, additional language skills (French). Job 2: Software Engineer Seeking a graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering or Computer Science, with at least 5 years of embedded systems software development experience. Responsibilities include defining requirements, designing software architecture, coding, and testing according to aerospace standards within an Agile Scrum environment. Competencies include expertise in Linux, C, C++, Python, TCP/IP, multi-threading, scripting, and familiarity with tools like GIT, Jira, and DOORs. Nice-to-have skills include Linux containerization, device drivers, build systems, and network protocols.
