The team invests in companies across various industries, focusing on value creation and growth. The Investment Associates are responsible for sourcing and analyzing new potential investment opportunities, executing investment transactions, and supporting senior management in portfolio monitoring tasks. The Ideal Candidate m / w / d) is proficient in Italian and fluent in English, a Master's graduate in finance, business administration, or management, deeply motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn quickly.
