Travel Nurse RN - ICU/Critical Care - $2,146 per week in Rochester, MI

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department. - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Description: The Registered Nurse provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Every other weekend is required. One week of requested time off will be allowed. Knowledge of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) is preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
