Our Focus Areas Project Management Process Management Project Controls Our Service Approach We support clients throughout the full project lifecycle: Investigation – Understanding the client’s needs, context, and goals Plan Creation – Developing practical and efficient project plans Implementation – Leading or supporting execution from tender to delivery Recommendation – Offering actionable insights for improvement Your Role in the Team As a project engineer, project planner, or PMO in the maritime industry, you are expected to: Start new projects independently and take initiative from day one Collect and analyse project data to support decision-making Advise organizations on how to improve their project performance and internal processes Contribute across the full project scope — from planning through execution Qualifications You are eligible to work in the EU. A completed college or university (technical) degree. 4-7 years of experience in the role of project engineer, project planner, PMO or (assistant) project manager. Experience in and affinity with the maritime sector. Not afraid to take responsibility and easily roll up your sleeves. An independent worker and someone who knows how to start up a new task or assignment. A team player who likes to work with other people, that means that you will be able to switch between team and individual work. Even when the pressure increases, you can remain focused and separate main- and side issues. Eager to learn and ambitious to grow. An honest colleague that stands up for his/her opinion and will not back down from a confrontation. An American Passport is a benefit.
