Your Mission As Industrial Projects Leader , you will act as a business partner to the Transport and Energy Management and work closely with industrial site teams. Your main missions will be to: Define and lead cross-functional industrial projects across all sites of the Transport and Energy Business Group. Roll out transformation programs that deliver performance gains (methods, materials, quality, service). Ensure training and support for local operators, technicians, and engineers during project implementation. Promote and deploy Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices in safety, efficiency, and operations. Analyze and report on the financial, social, and environmental impacts of the projects. Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at Business Group level. Support M&A-related industrial transformations and lead integration efforts when relevant. Act as a key change agent and ensure sustainability of transformation programs. Coordinate with internal teams and external consulting partners when required. Your Profile Engineering graduate , with at least 10 years of experience in industrial functions (production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering). Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and proven track record of operational improvement. Six Sigma is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to engage confidently with operational and executive stakeholders. Fluent in English and comfortable working in international environments. Analytical, rigorous, and results-oriented with a hands-on mindset and team spirit. Background in the cable industry is a plus. Willing and able to travel frequently (national and international).
