RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT

Magnate Marketing is currently hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-paced sales services team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers,playing a key role in ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience. You willbe responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the customer service centre, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, resolvingissues, and promoting our services in a friendly and professional manner. Your ability toremain approachable, flexible, and energetic throughout the day will contributesignificantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the team. Requirements: A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required A team player with a positive and proactive mind set Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage Must have a Grade 12 Qualification or NQF level 4 Willing to relocate
