Retail Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant at ICONOMY. The position requires an achievement-orientated person with excellent customer service and people management skills. ICONOMY is a retail brand that celebrates local design. We stock unique designer products. You can find everything from home décor, to furniture, to lighting to clothing, bags, accessories and ceramics in our retail outlets. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, driven individual to join our retail store in Gauteng. Responsibilities include: Sales and customer service Achieving daily and monthly store targets Stock control Merchandising and displays Store appearance Grade 12 pass with exemption, preferably a university/college student Target driven and statistics oriented Exceptional numerical and inter-personal skills Computer literate Microsoft Office, email/internet Point of sales experience Excellent English communication skills written and spoken Experience in a retail/sales environment is advantageous
