Debtors Clerk – 6-Month Maternity Contract

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Debtors Management Prepare and process debtor invoices Run monthly debtor statements Follow up promptly on outstanding payments, short payments, and deductions Resolve internal and external queries timeously Maintain accurate records and filing in line with finance policies Ensure strict confidentiality of all financial data Costing Support Provide data for cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations Process costing data on relevant systems Support the Commercial Manager with stock pricing and sales analysis Stock Processing Capture and manage stock data Extract stock information to support costing processes General Finance Admin Provide reception relief when required Assist with financial audits Support the export team with permits and administrative tasks Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance & Admin Manager Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Proven experience using SAGE / Pastel Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication and organizational skills Working Hours Monday to Friday: 07:00 16:00 No weekend or public holiday work
