Salary Range: $50,000 – $85,000. Duties and Responsibilities We seek an Assistant Professor to teach criminal justice and criminology topics at undergraduate and/or graduate levels; engage in departmental, college, university, and professional service; maintain high-quality research, including conducting primary research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and pursuing external research funding. Up to 50% remote work is allowed. Qualifications Doctoral (PhD) in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or related field. Experience in teaching Research Methods at undergraduate level. Research expertise in corrections and/or desistance from crime. Record of securing external research funding. Publication of at least one manuscript in Crime and Justice: A Review of Research. Additional Details Salary range reflects a nine-month academic appointment, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
