We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Specialist to join us in our Milan office. Your Role As a member of the National QSHE staff, he/she will be in charge of supporting Freight Forwarding Business units for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards and Vertical Requirements. In particular, the resource supports the implementation of ISO 9001, monitors results after compliance audits/claims, and oversees quality risk management activities. Your Responsibilities Define and support the implementation of ISO 9001 quality processes in compliance with guidelines, rules, and standards. Ensure the Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements, supporting BUs to facilitate KuehneNagel SolutionChains. Coordinate and accompany internal & external audits (customers, certification bodies, authorities, KuehneNagel Chain). Handle corrective and preventive actions on process improvement tools (CAPA/TIP) to ensure their responsiveness to complaints and deviations, tracking and reporting issues if needed. Contribute to continuous improvement and maintenance of the quality management system and related processes within the assigned BU/FU, monitoring performance based on defined QSHE corporate guidelines, customer requirements, and standards. Issue National Quality procedures, implementing and conducting the annual training plan related to quality and vertical for the respective sites in cooperation with the National QSHE team. Your Skills and Experiences A strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is required. Knowledge of EN9100 and provenance from the Freight Forwarding sector is considered a plus. Minimum 2-5 years experience in Quality Management roles. Good level of English (written and spoken) and native Italian.
