Assessment - Graduate Specialist Program - Controlling Full-time With its five product lines of compact hydraulics, Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA , has factories in the province of Modena and Reggio Emilia and employs over 1,300 people. It has been producing and marketing compact hydraulic components for over 40 years, serving applications from aerial platforms to cranes, earth-moving machinery, agricultural machinery, and industrial applications. Our R&D center in Nonantola (MO) is a global hub for Compact Hydraulic production. As part of the Bosch " Graduate Specialist Program - Controlling ", you will undertake a program that involves various specialist departments, tailored to your development. Post-program, your goal is to undertake an exciting specialist or project role in Controlling, laying the foundation for a successful professional career. You will collaborate with our Controlling and Finance teams across five countries (Italy, US, UK, Brazil, & China) and build strong connections with the divisional headquarters in Lohr (Germany). Qualifications: Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or equivalent Experience and Skills: 1-2 years of controlling experience in structured companies; proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. Personal Attributes: Strong cooperation and communication skills, motivated to learn and contribute, deep understanding of finance and accounting, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, analytical, proactive, and committed.
