As part of the Bosch " Graduate Specialist Program - Controlling ", you will undertake a program that involves various specialist departments, tailored to your development. Post-program, your goal is to undertake an exciting specialist or project role in Controlling, laying the foundation for a successful professional career. You will collaborate with our Controlling and Finance teams across five countries (Italy, US, UK, Brazil, & China) and build strong connections with the divisional headquarters in Lohr (Germany). Qualifications: Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or equivalent Experience and Skills: 1-2 years of controlling experience in structured companies; proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. Personal Attributes: Strong cooperation and communication skills, motivated to learn and contribute, deep understanding of finance and accounting, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, analytical, proactive, and committed.
