We are looking, for a Group Company, for Product Development Specialist who will join the Betting & Digital Department. Main Responsibilities: Analysis for 'design and drafting of project documentation (requirements, feasibility, testlists, etc.) and sharing analysis with Demand, Business and IT Executing tests using the drafted testlists and using the necessary tools to complete the activities; ensuring that what is in the test environment reflects the initial requirement and project objective Executing and managing the delivery plan according to quality and safety standards Monitor Project performance and iteration to optimize functionality and value Requirements: Bachelor's degree in economics/science or similar course of study Good knowledge of Office package (especially Excel) Problem-Solving skills Teamwork orientation Basic IT skills Are considered a plus: Knowledge within the Betting field What we offer: Permanent contract and hybrid work opportunity; Company Laptop; Ongoing training on hard skills and soft skills; Gross annual salary commensurate with experience (27k to 30k) Job Grade: 2 Lottomatica implements a policy that guarantees equal opportunities and promotes diversity and inclusion, against all forms of discrimination.
