Job Description Job Description We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities: Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround RESimpli CRM Management Ensure all leads are in their proper follow-up channels Ensure automation of texts and tasks are set up properly Schedule appointments in the CRM Ensure no leads are missed within the CRM Input new leads into the CRM from outside sales channels Lead Followup Follow up with leads in the system by phone call Speak with leads with the intention to set up an appointment for the Acquisitions Manager to go on Be friendly and helpful by listening to sellers’ issues and problems. Provide solutions for them. New Lead Generation Generate Excel spreadsheets that include leads from the below channels Cold Call Leads from the following channels and returned Postcards Generated Lists provided by the Acquisitions Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Two years of previous sales experience Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Self-Motivated and Positive Attitude Willing to go the extra mile Understands income increases with work ethic About Company Fast Lane Real Estate has been in business since 2016.
