Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative Location: Kilwaughter, Larne This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and work as part of a growing business that is prepared to invest in your future. We currently have an opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Operations team. As part of our production team you will have the responsibility of operating production machinery to produce a range of products. Responsible for your own Health and Safety and that of your colleagues Ensure compliance with company policies; Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and FEMAS management systems Operating automatic machinery to produce products in line with production targets whilst ensuring all standards are achieved Assist with improvements and efficiencies in all production aspects Responsible for material waste management Ensure that machinery is in a safe and satisfactory working manner before use by conducting regular pre-production checks Responsible for reporting any machine faults to supervisor or maintenance team Ensure effective house- keeping in accordance with company procedures Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and maintained Maintain files and records and provide quick accurate information when required Ensure good relations and communications with all members and non-members of the team, providing excellent customer care in an efficient manner Education GCSE qualification in Maths & English minimum Grade C or equivalent. Experience 1 years proven experience operating in a production/manufacturing environment.
